Hi, my name is Shephali and I am a certified Usui Reiki Practitioner and work closely with clients providing Distance Reiki sessions. There are many reasons why Reiki may be suitable, some are (and not limited to); anxiety, depression, feeling lost, low self esteem, post surgery discomfort, fertility journey, spiritually disconnected, physical pain, depleted immune system, grief, low vibrational frequency, guilt, lack of confidence. Reiki works with clearing the Chakras (energy points in the body.)
I have chosen Reiki because of its gentle nature of healing and yet powerful results. I support my clients every step of the way in order for them to get the best out of their sessions, so they feel empowered to live their journey to the fullest, high vibrational life.
Distance / remote Reiki is when a Practitioner connects to Reiki (life force energy) and sends healing energy to a person without needing to be in the same room, with the same effect and benefits as hands-on-healing.
I practice remote Reiki, so you may receive the benefits of Reiki healing in the comfort of your home (or quiet place of your choice). My wonderful clients are based in the UK and all over the world, even as far as Australia! I work over Zoom (or if that's not your preference, that's ok too!) and a full session is typically 1 hour.
All of my clients just love being in their own space when receiving the healing benefits of Reiki, and they get often get back to their day or fall straight asleep after a calming Reiki session with me!
