I have been a practicing energy worker for over a decade, initially working with crystal healing before moving into hands on and distance Reiki treatments. I later trained as a hypnotherapist and learned past life regression before training to be a Counsellor- my current part time career.
I have been passionate about supporting others through their journeys of growth and awakening for many years. I myself have been through countless bouts of healing, and difficult cycles of growth. I therefore have a deep heartfelt compassion for all who walk this path, knowing the great courage and perseverance it takes to confront our personal shadows.
I like to offer the different therapies I practice in combination where it feels appropriate to do so. In this way Counselling and Hypnotherapy can also benefit from the depth of energy work whilst we verbally explore issues or access the subconscious. I have a strong kinaesthetic sense perception, so intuitively feel the emotional and energetic movements within my clients. From this level of awareness I can bring through powerful transformational energy to support healing or offer intuitive insights to help further the process.
I wish to tailer the therapeutic experience to the needs of my clients. I therefore offer free consultations, to give us chance to meet one another, so you can decide what forms of therapy you might like to try and of course to decide if I am the right therapist for you. :)
I'm currently only offering remote sessions via Zoom or Skype. Face to Face sessions ay become available again in the future.
