Hi I'm Fiona my journey into the magical world of energy healing began in 1991 when I trained as a Kinesiologist. I also trained as a Reflexologist, a Theta Healer, EFT Practitioner, Life Coach, and so much more. 

My passion has always been to share how you can heal yourself with easy yet very effective energy techniques. Hence, as The Zenergizer I am here to share how you can step into more Zen, Zest and Zing so you can truly flourish in all aspects of life. I have a large ‘Zenergy’ chest of simple skills and techniques to de-stress and fuel you with energy and enthusiasm for the rest of your life. 

In 2021 I started working with Quantum Physics and Healy. The Healy is a bio-resonance tool that works to support your body's energetic field and promote deep cellular healing. It has become my best assistant that I use with every client to support their healing journey. I bought Healy to support my Chakra Journeys. The Chakra system is my favourite energy system as it tells a story as to where our energy is blocking our success on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.  

Healy's technology has revolutionised the world of integrative health for many reasons. Through the analysis of aura and chakras, Healy is able to detect imbalances at the energetic level, and also to determine which frequencies you need to apply to restore them, and therefore bringing your body, mind and soul into harmony and coherence. 

We are energetic beings and all we do think, feel, and experience exists primarily at an energetic level.

Healy has changed the way I work with clients. I no longer see clients face - face as all my work is on Zoom or distant. 

I run monthly Zenergy Journeys focused on different topics where I create a digital vision board with the group intentions. Frequencies are sent daily to the group for healing.
