For more than a decade, I've been helping women move from a place of fear and into the warm embrace of Self Love.
Guiding them from being stuck in cycles of anxiety, stress, trauma and emotional dis-stress, not knowing how to like or love themselves; to moving forwards, loving and accepting who they are, and experiencing happiness and success in their life, relationships, health and wellbeing, career and business.
Helping woman, just like you, heal and release the limiting beliefs that kept them stuck in painful patterns of resistance and fear; empowering them to take compassionate action, moving into love and trust, creating space for change in ways that work for them, and their life.
An experienced trauma-informed Therapist, Coach, Intuitive and EFT Master Trainer, I use a magical blend of evidence-based Energy Psychology and Somatic-Psycho-Energetic approaches to healing. I offer deeply supportive and nurturing one-to-one Trauma Release Therapy and Self Love Coaching sessions on Zoom, along with online workshops, courses, Circle of Love membership, EFT Practitioner Training and in-person retreats.
