Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful way to enable you to get in touch with your inner self to heal, reduce stress, be free or anything else you may desire.
We make our own magic but sometimes lose our way or fall under spells that do not work in our favour. It is not my job or desire to fix, repair, change or impose but to guide you in a co-creative way to your life of bliss.
I bobble about in the left-brain logical, medically inclined camp and the right-brain creative, esoterica field. This means I am equally happy discussing neuroplasticity with a doctor as talking about soul retrieval with a shaman. Or, talking about Fortune 500 business strategies while writing a rhyming spell.
However, for you; as a client or at a workshop or retreat, it means anything goes ~ free from shackles or judgement.
My role is to help you in ways that work for you by sharing, teaching and guiding. I opened my hypno-doors in 1992 and have gathered many tools long the way. It would be a pleasure to share with you.
