Since I've started my private practise in 2007, I’ve helped hundreds of people who have been giving away their power through self-sabotage or through rejecting parts of Self, to re-establish a loving, more fulfilling relationship with themselves and as a consequence also with others.
Through my work, you 'unlearn' the negative conditioning & behaviour patterns around self-love and what this means in your life. This will support you on your journey of self-growth through transforming your limiting belief systems, clearing energy blocks & stored emotions, re-aligning your energies, raising your vibration, bringing you into your own power and ultimately helping you to feel good about yourself.

I have appreciated many interesting and empowering healing sessions with Carmen. She is a generous and very psychic feeling person, she listens profoundly, holds your attention, soothing your emotions and really gets to the heart and soul.
