As a Holistic Therapist I offer a range of therapies to help you to relax, restore and revive. By releasing stress, anxiety and issues with pain and replacing these with calm and a wonderful sense of wellbeing you can achieve a happier and more fulfilling life.
From the amazingly powerful yet gentle Reiki to relax, calm, and restore your energy, to Indian Head Massage to revive and relax muscles and Guided Meditation to soothe and calm your mind. My ethos has always been to provide a calm, relaxing and safe environment where you feel nurtured and listened to. I never want you to feel rushed and allow plenty of time for your treatment and consultation. I listen to how you feel and how you would like to feel and then tailor treatments to your individual needs.
As a Reiki Master/Teacher I will be teaching Reiki Level 1 in July (restrictions permitting) this teaches you the principles and history of Reiki, together with techniques and hand placements for self healing which then progresses to treating friends and family. Reiki Level 2 will be available in October which is practitioner level.
