I specialise in working with women who feel there is something in their life holding them back, who feel stuck and want to move forward enabling them to find the missing pieces of their stories, to find and speak their truth and live a fulfilled and happy life. I am passionate about working with people to shift unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, emotions and trauma so that they can gain clarity and move forward towards the life they want. I do this both through individual sessions and teaching workshops.
THE ENERGY ALIGNMENT METHOD (EAM)
