Understanding that life can be tough, but we do not need to go through it alone. Implementing knowledge from my own first hand experiences that caused my own growth spurt, I can now not only support myself but others too.
Learning to set boundaries to the parts of my own life I once struggled to, helped me find alignment and bring comfort with every aspect of myself to get back to what was the true essence of who I was.
Realizing that I did not have to feel powerless and once my journey of identifying myself begun, I was able to start gathering together all those loose ties and help others do the same. I found holistic studies a fascinating way of doing this.
Working in a holistic way was a more gentle way for me to find peace with what I once deemed important. I began this journey to use holistic practice in a grounded way.
