I have always had a fascination with human behaviour. Listening to my clients, understanding the world from their perspective, creating connections and helping them find solutions to the challenges they face is at the heart of what I do.
I started my career as make-up artist working with high profile clients in the entertainment industry. After decades of painting people’s faces to enhance their individual beauty, I wanted to be able to help and empower them to overcome any emotional challenges they maybe facing too.
I trained first as a Strategic intervention Life Coach which is the work of peak performance coach Tony Robbins and Family therapist Cloe Madanes. and then as an Human Givens Psychotherapist (MHGI) The techniques that this approach offers can help my clients on a deeper level, as they are based in the latest scientific research, neuroscience, mindfulness with some ancient wisdom too. It is a warm, human approach that is gentle and effective.
I am also proud to be the ambassador for the Good Grief Trust. A charity that is bringing all the bereavement services under one umbrella to ensure everybody receives the support they need.
