Starting my journey as a Nutritional Therapist in 1999, I soon became aware of the limitations of a purely physical approach to wellness and was led towards a more spiritual path that incorporated the mind, body, and soul. I went on to learn Usui Reiki in 2014 and have since become a Master/Teacher in both Usui and Angelic Reiki. I am also a certified Spiritual, Transformation Life Coach, Mindfulness Coach, ThetaHealing® practitioner, and Author. I featured in a powerful book collaboration in 2019, ‘When The Goddess Calls, Vol 2’ and in August 2020 I realised a personal dream with the publication of my own book, ‘Your Secret Power’, that became an Amazon number 1 bestseller within hours of its release. Combining all of my knowledge and personal experience to date, I take readers on a journey towards transformation and self-mastery.
