My goal is to help people see the benefits of using natural ways to heal and the importance of taking time out from the stress of daily life. Each day we tend to let anxiety, pressure and pain snowball out of control until we break. I want to help people let go of that negative energy quicker so that it doesn't become too overwhelming and too much of a problem. By practising Meditation, treating yourself to a Hot Stone Massage or by having a Reiki session you are giving your mind, body and soul time to step out of your day to day routine and enter a state of deep relaxation. Holistic Therapies are also recommended by health professionals to people who are suffering with pain and illness in order to add a natural way of healing to work alongside medical procedures and medication.
I am a certified ‘Holistic Health Practitioner’, an approved Therapist/Practitioner of the 'IPHM-International Practitioners Of Holistic Medicine', a registered member of the ‘CMA-Complementary Medical Association’ Reiki Master/Teacher, Beauty Therapist and naturally gifted Psychic Medium, which enables me to have Spiritual guidance during sessions. I am fully qualified and insured for each therapy/treatment I offer. We use candles, incense, salt lamps, Aromatherapy Essential Oils, healing crystals and peaceful, calming music to provide a safe haven for your time with us.
