Chris is an absolutely warm and genuine person who has provided me in person reiki treatments and distance healing. She is incredibly respectful and thoroughly explains the process. Recently, I had her do another spiritual healing and reading. The following days I felt much lighter. I felt many shifts in myself and a deeper understanding of what was happening for me emotionally. My name is Alison & I am 58. I am English, but I live in Shanghai, China. I have two rare forms of arthritis. I used to experience pain & stiffness every morning & when in bed for as long as I can remember. I experienced a flare-up & both knees were badly swollen. It was difficult to walk because they were full of fluid. In Shanghai, the hospital doctors did their best, trying everything from draining & injecting them to administering new drugs, including biologics. Nothing worked, so I turned to Chris for help & I stopped taking the new drugs. The greatest benefit has been my ability to get the restorative sleep that enabled my body to heal itself. As a result, my knees have returned to their normal size & I have more energy than I have had for years. Whilst I still have arthritis & still take medication, I don’t take strong medicine with dangerous side effects & I enjoy a good night's sleep every night.

Loved My Session With Chris!For the past week, I have been sleeping in short, three-four-hour segments, even after taking a sleeping medicine. Here’s what I’ve noticed so far after my distance healing: (1) I slept better last night. Even though I woke up a couple of times, I rolled over went right back to sleep. Super grateful for that.(2) I’m breathing deeper without consciously trying to. (3) I stood up straight, with my shoulders back, without trying and without discomfort or pain (I’ve been hunched over recently, and whenever I tried to straighten up, it would be uncomfortable).
