Crystals for healthy hair

Did you know that people have been using crystal treatments for healthy hair for thousands of years?

There are so many ways to use crystals for hair; from wearing crystals to rubbing the hair with gemstones, rinsing with elixirs, massaging the scalp with gemstones and keeping them under the pillow. Isn’t this fantastic?

Please have a look now at a list of gemstones that you can use:

Agate, Aquamarine, Chrysocolla, Jade, Larimar, Moonstone, Magnetite, Opal, Rutilated Quartz, Tourmaline.

If you already have any of these to hand then you are ready to give yourself a crystal hair treatment :-)

Rinse, massage your hair with the elixirs or place them under your pillow. Wearing them as earrings is a great way to wear them all day; all this will help to have more lustrous hair.

Crystals for hair loss

Hair loss is becoming a major problem for women and men.

I personally know women who have been devastated by this condition. There are many reasons for it such as extreme weight loss, stress and bereavement.

Alopecia is the technical term for hair loss and treatments in this field have been proved difficult. Crystals can definitely be helpful and crystal friends such as Aragonite, Blue Opal, Moonstone and Sandstone are highly recommended.

You can use them in an elixir and place it under pillow. You can also used them in a more fun way looking for lovely hair clips, headbands or barrettes with the gemstones attached online.

Crystals for great nails.

The “one and only” Citrine saves the day for nails, hair and skin. For healthy nails, you should wear a bracelet made of Citrine.

As I always say, have fun while you are using crystals, it's all part of the self love process; self love is fundamental if you want your crystals to work.

…as it is working with a clear heart and an open mind.
