Activities With Children

In these unprecedented times it’s been a welcome sight to see lots of rainbows being created with children. People have been putting them in their windows so passersby with children can count them, since our current lockdown it’s beautiful to see them still being shared on social media and in local groups.
The rainbow comes after the thunder and rain, rainbows are a sign of hope and healing no matter what the current situation have hope that better days are on the horizon. Rainbows bring a feeling of warmth and happiness.

Rainbows have important significance in healing work each colour of the rainbow correlates to each of the seven chakras. Chakras are energy vortexes (spinning)Wheels of energy in the body when they slow down or move out of alignment we can become out of balance or unwell.
